Do I own my site?

Yes, the website and all its content belong to you. You can use it and do whatever you want with it. If you are a member then see the below FAQ.

Can I transfer my site?

Of course, and we’d be more than happy to help you with that. Just email us and we will try to help.

What is the $49 a month for?

The membership fee is to cover the cost of your domain, hosting, maintenance, consulting services, and to offset the upfront cost of graphic and web design services. These things can get expensive, so we decided to spread out the costs to make it more affordable. 

What if I don't want the membership?

No problem, we totally understand. Should you decide you don’t want to be a member we can build your website using your own hosting and domain. Just know the free add-ons we offer are only for members. Please contact us before placing an order so we can generate an invoice and agreement.

What happens if I cancel my membership?

If you decide to cancel your membership, we will be sad to see you go, but we will cancel your membership services within three (03) business days. We will follow up with an email to arrange a transfer. 

Note: We spread out the costs over an upfront charge and an ongoing membership fee. Our reserve price is $800, which adds up to Six (06) Months of membership and the upfront amount of $500. This is us being completely honest and transparent. If you have not met this minimum you will be obligated to pay off the remaining balance.

If I cancel, do I get my money back?

No. Please see our Terms and Conditions for more information. Springable Rocks creates a digital product that cannot really be returned, or repurposed, and with this fact comes the understanding that it’s not feasible, nor sensible to create a digital good for someone just to have them cancel as a way to abuse this policy. 

It’s like, you purchase a new Snowboard just to go to Tahoe and once you’re back you return it to the store for a full refund. The store gets that Snowboard back to re-purpose and resale. Springable Rocks does not have that luxury.

So, just to be completely clear: if you cancel we will end your membership within three (03) days, and arrange a transfer if our conditions are met. Should your reason for canceling be something that is obviously our fault, we will make it right even if that means a refund.

These are the only exceptions:

  • We pass the agreed upon deadline for delivery and fail to get approval to continue. 
  • That is all.
